Cancellation Policy

At Visit Cozumel, we understand that travel plans can change. We have designed a flexible cancellation policy to provide peace of mind when booking your excursion with us.

1. Free Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your tour for any reason up to 24 hours before your scheduled excursion time and receive a full 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the excursion start time are non-refundable.

2. Cruise Ship No-Arrival Guarantee

  • If your cruise ship does not dock in Cozumel due to bad weather, mechanical issues, itinerary changes, or any other unforeseen circumstance, you will receive a 100% full refund.

  • Refunds will be issued automatically to the same credit card used for booking.

3. Weather Policy

  • Tours operate rain or shine. A little rain won’t stop your adventure!

  • If weather conditions are extreme enough that the cruise ship does not dock, or if authorities close the port or roads making the tour impossible, you will be fully refunded.

4. How to Cancel

  • To cancel, please email us at 📧 hi@visitcozumel.com.mx or message us via your confirmation email.

  • Include your full name, reservation details, and tour date in the cancellation request.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed promptly and issued to the same credit card used at the time of booking.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
