Visit Cozumel Excursions Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
-
Will I make it back to my ship on time?
Yes — guaranteed. We track all ship schedules live, including delays or changes, and adjust your itinerary accordingly.
We also know that cruise ships operate on local Cozumel time, so we make sure everything aligns perfectly with your ship’s official all-aboard time. -
Which cruise terminal do we meet at?
We serve all three cruise terminals in Cozumel:
Puerta Maya Cruise Port: for Carnival Cruises
SSA International Pier: (also called Terminal International) – for Royal Caribbean Cruises
Punta Langosta Pier: for a mix of Norwegian, MSC, Disney, and others
After booking, you’ll get detailed meeting instructions with maps and photos. Your personal guide will meet you just outside the terminal gate holding a “Visit Cozumel” sign with your name.
